The adoption process is detailed here: Adoption Process.

If you are considering adopting a foreign child, you should not have the child with you before obtaining a valid Home Study Report (HSR). Please click here for information on accredited agencies who do Home Study Reports.

How Do I Find a Child

  • Through your own contacts, relatives or friends in Singapore
  • Children under MCYS’ fostering scheme
  • Children from Project Cherub, a voluntary welfare organisation that provides pregnancy crisis services
  • Other private agencies or individuals
