  What Requirements Must The Child Fulfil
 

lawThe child you want to adopt must be below 21 years of age and must be resident in Singapore. In the case of a child who is a foreigner, the child must have a valid Dependant's Pass from the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports. A social visit pass, student's pass or special pass will not be sufficient.
