With so much good work going on in the community, understanding where to donate your money can be a challenge. There are a number of portals that make donating online very easy! Here are a few suggestions:

• Singapore Gives is an online donation portal for donors who seek to give to Singapore-registered charities. Unlike fundraising through flag days, gala dinners or charity auctions, SG Gives allows donations to be made day and night, all week, all year round.
• The Community Chest website allows you to donate specifically to the social services sector.
• If you have used items which are too good to just throw it away, consider donating them. Just log on to Pass It On and they take over to match your donated goods to those who need them.
