Terms & Conditions

1. Organisations must have at least 20 staff.  Do Email mcys_fla_email@mcys.gov.sg for exceptions.

2. FLA Applicants will need to furnish the following documents to support their FLA application:

• ACRA or ROS’ reference number
• Company’s shareholding
• Business activity
• Short write-up of why organisation wants to be FLA, and some of the programmes the organisation aims to embark  upon
• Contact details of the FLA contact person and Programme Sponsor

3. FLA organisations are required to conduct 12 hours (or more) of family education initiatives for employees of the organisation

4. FLA organisations are required to submit to the Ministry a yearly report on family education initiatives conducted at the workplace.  E.g., type of programmes conducted number of hours, etc.

5. FLA contact person is required to communicate FLA membership to all employees of the organisation

6. The Ministry reserves the rights to review the suitability, and revoke the FLA status of the organisation

Usage of FLA Logo

7. Approval from MCYS is required for any usage of FLA logo
