Persons providing financial advisory services in Singapore are governed under the Financial Advisers Act, which is administered by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).  Financial advisers and their representatives are required to have the requisite qualifications and pass the relevant examinations before they are allowed to provide financial advisory services.

To obtain more information on the regulatory framework for financial advisers, you can visit the MAS website or contact a MAS officer at Tel: 6225 5577.
