Personal Work-Life Effectiveness (PWLE) Programmes @ Workplace!
Organisations can apply for grants to defray up to 70% of the cost incurred for approved PWLE programmes, subject to a cap of $3,000 per organisation. See terms and conditions of WoW! Fund.
PWLE workplace programmes are designed to help employees stay effective at work and at home. Through awareness talks and in-depth workshops, employees will be equipped with life skills to manage their multitude of responsibilities from work, personal and family life, and empowered to make informed work-life decisions. This can help lower stress and burnout and make for happier, more engaged and productive employees.
PWLE programmes generally cover the following:

a) The realities in the new economy, which employees are faced with challenging demands from work, personal and family life
b) Self-evaluation:
▪ Identify goals in life and set work-life priorities
▪ Self-awareness of personal strengths and limitations
c) Worksite and personal strategies to integrating work and personal/family demands:
▪ coping skills including stress and time management, managing emotions and conflicts
▪ awareness/utilisation of work-life programmes and support at the workplace and in the community
