When A Loved One Passes Away

 Email Article    Print Article

Losing a dear one can be a very painful experience and it is our hope that the  site can help make things a little easier for the bereaved family.

Families coping with the death of a loved one will find information on key after-death activities such as death registration, arranging a funeral, placing of obituaries and burial/cremation/ash storage facilities at this site.

Contact details of the members of the Association of Funeral Directors (Singapore) are also available for those who require a funeral director to help with the funeral arrangements.

Families may also find pointers on post-death arrangements, such as notifying the deceased’s bank and insurance company, making withdrawals from the deceased’s CPF account, information on estate duties, counselling, social assistance, workmen’s compensation and etc.
