  Maternity Leave (Still-Birth) Reimbursement

Government-Paid Maternity Leave Scheme (Still birth)

 

Please note that the claim for reimbursement of maternity leave must be submitted within 3 months after the end of the maternity leave period (including leave that is taken flexibly).

1.
       The employee should submit to your company -

 

     GML1-S - Declaration by Employee (Still birth)

     (to be submitted within one month from the date of the still birth)

 

2.       If your company does not have a standing GIRO account for CPF Contributions or if the designated bank account is not an OCBC or UOB account, please complete and send GML 4 – Direct Credit Authorisation (only original copy accepted) to us together with your duly completed application form. Please ensure that GML 4 is endorsed by your bank before the documents are sent to us.

3.       For reimbursement of still-birth claims, please download the relevant forms -

GML7 - Application by employer for reimbursement (Still-Birth)

GML8 - Application by self-employed woman for reimbursement (Still-
     Birth)

The processing time for still-birth claims is 6 weeks.  Incomplete forms or inaccurate information would result in a delay in processing.
