Indoors or Outdoors?
If you are at a loss about what to do with the kids or where to take them, check out www.singaporeforkids.com. Chock-a-block with information, the data has been collected and presented from a parent’s point of view. The site lists options under two broad categories that reflect Singapore’s tropical location.
Once you have made that basic decision, there are several options.
Indoors Outdoors Fur & Feathers Flowers & Veggies Parks & Gardens Re-explore The Days Of Yore Idyllic Islands Other Places Of Interest
Indoors
If you have an enquiring bent of mind, you can check out the many museums, explore the airport, meet firemen, delve into science, go back in time. If you need some active fun, how about bowling or ice skating ? Some fun in the snow ? Or even mini golf ? If you are a bookworm, check out the libraries and bookshops. Film buffs have a choice of movie theatres offering different technological experiences like IMAX and the 3-D films (in addition to the normal films), or they can curl up with a rental DVD or VCD. Video arcades and gaming centres for the seekers of digital thrills and art, music and other soul fulfilling treats await the culturally oriented.
