Sometimes there are good days and bad days - are you going through a low period in your life?

Sometimes there are questions that you don't feel you can go to family or friends for answers - would you like an objective opinion?

Seeing a counsellor or someone for professional advice can just give you piece of mind because they can help you with any of the following:

  • A listening ear
  • Identification of needs or issues you have
  • Give options or ideas of what's available
  • Help you make informed decisions
  • Connect you to the right people (or agencies) so that you can get specialised help if you need it

Some of the areas, or difficulties in life, that people go to see counsellors for are:

  • Difficulties in the home
  • Teenage development
  • Friendship/Relationship difficulties
  • Bullying
  • Violence or Abuse
  • Information or advice on alcohol or drug use
  • Grief or loss issues

There are a number of helplines available to you - use them if you need them. That's what they're there for!
